  3. Choose a partner using ratings, price and avaialble times.
  4. Confirm and enter your payment card details.
What happens next?
  1. Your order is sent to the partner, who must accept or refuse it within 1 hour. You'll be notified.
  2. 24 hours before the work starts, payment is pre authorised on your payment card.
  3. You can cancel for free up until the hold is placed.
  4. The partner checks in via GPS at the scheduled time and starts work. You'll be notified.
  5. After checkout, you'll get a notification and be asked to leave feedback.
  6. If the partner doesn't show up, you'll receive a full refund.
  7. If you are not completely happy with the service you can request an immediate refund up to 30%.
  8. If everything is allright, you'll be charged 24 hours after the job is done.
